God’s instructions for us on how to live in our secular city:

  • Establish a presence in our city.  vv. 4-6
  • Respectfully refuse to assimilate.  vs. 10;  Daniel
  • Sacrificially love our city.  vs. 7
      • Be the best church for our city.
      • Pray for the prosperity of our city.

Take Home Idea:  God calls us to live as resident aliens who sacrificially serve our city.
