Scripture: John 1:1–18

Jesus, the Word, is eternally God.  Vv. 1-2

 

Jesus, the Word, is the creator.  Vs. 3

Jesus, the Word, is the savior.  Vs. 4-13

Jesus, the Word, is God in flesh.  Vs. 14

 

What do we learn about God from Jesus’ life?

  • God is approachable.
  • God cares about you.
  • God forgives you.
  • God can use you. 

Take Home Idea:  When you know the Son, you know the Father.
