Barriers for the Canaanite woman:
- Jesus ignores her.
- Jesus excludes her.
- Jesus embarrasses her.
Parent Prayers:
“Lord, change me.”
“Lord, my child is yours.”
“Lord, work in my child’s heart.”
“Lord, I am going to trust you.”
Take Home Idea: Parents, when we pray for our children with a faith that persistently and desperately seeks God’s mercy, we move God’s heart.
