Description of Ministry
Transform Minnesota is a regional evangelical network of churches from nine evangelical denominations and is a member of the National Association of Evangelicals. Transform Minnesota was formerly known as the Greater Minnesota Association of Evangelicals and was founded in 1965.
Mission & Vision: Our purpose is to extend the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom throughout Minnesota by connecting and organizing evangelicals. Building networks for shared learning, cooperative ministry and multiplying the impact of evangelicals are the primary ways Transform Minnesota works to carry out its mission.
Affiliate Ministries: Transform Minnesota also provides leadership and administrative support to three direct-service compassion affiliate ministries: Damascus Way Reentry Center serving ex-offenders; New Life Family Services providing pregnancy support services and serving single mothers; and Arrive Ministries empowering churches to restore the lives of refugee and immigrant families.
In the past year, Transform Minnesota served more than 300 church and ministry leaders through leadership forums, ministry-focused networks and conference and training events. More than 2,000 individuals connected to our network received resources, information and advocacy from Transform Minnesota
