Biography/Description of Ministry
Herb and Debbie both grew up at First Free and have been at Shamineau Ministries since 1986 when Herb was hired as the Program Director. Debbie now oversees retail sales and in 1999 Herb became the Executive Director overseeing Camp Shamineau, Rock Ridge Camp, and serving as the liaison for Shamineau International which began at Camp Shamineau.
