Please use this prayer guide in your time with the Lord during our
week of prayer.
DAY 1
• Pray that we will dedicate ourselves to prayer. Lord, prepare
us spiritually for what You want to do in our lives.
• Pray that we will love God with all of our heart, mind, soul,
and strength.
DAY 2 -- WORSHIP
• Pray that our worship will be in spirit and truth. Ask God to
clear our minds and give us an open heart.
• Pray for Pastor Eric and the worship team, that they will be
endowed with wisdom and strength.
DAY 3 -- MATURITY
• Ask God to bless the time we spend with Him in prayer, to give
us a hunger for His presence.
• Pray that each person in our church family will be committed
to reading and memorizing scripture.
• Pray for our spiritual growth, that we will grow in our faith
as we learn to live out God's purposes: worship, fellowship, maturity,
ministry, and evangelism.
DAY 4 -- EVANGELISM
• Ask God to give us an authentic hunger for spiritual
transformation in our church and for lasting kingdom fruit in our
community.
• Pray that God will give us opportunities to share the love of
Christ with our neighbors, friends, and co-workers.
• Pray for our missionaries, that their efforts would be blessed
and multiplied so that many will come to know Christ as Savior and
Lord.
DAY 5 -- FELLOWSHIP
• Pray that everyone in our congregation will join an Adult
Bible Fellowship or small group, and that they will experience deeper
relationships and changed lives. Intercede for the leaders of these
groups and classes; ask God to equip them for this vital ministry.
DAY 6 -- MINISTRY
• Pray that God will expand our church's impact through ministry
opportunities, sending more workers into service and giving more
people a chance to make a difference by using their skills and gifts.
• Ask God to help us to see our community as He does, to fill us
with a heart of love for those around us.
DAY 7
• Pray that the impact of this week would result in people
committing their lives to Jesus Christ, who gives us purpose.
• Pray that we would be excited about the difference prayer can
make, and that prayer would permeate our individual lives and well as
our church body.
