Myth: God is angry at us.

God's wrath: God's righteous response to sin and evil - Romans 1:18-31

Core truths of God's wrath:

• God's wrath is always chosen by those who receive it. - John 3:18-21
• God's wrath is always judicial, never personal. - Romans 2:5-6
• God's wrath has been turned away from those in Christ. - 1 John 2:1-2

Propitiation - an unusual word with unusual blessing.
