Godly wisdom: v. 13

A lifestyle . . . in humility.

 

Human wisdom: vv. 14-16

Self-serving

Harmful

 

How to deal with others wisely: v. 17

1) If I'm Wise, I Won't Compromise My Integrity.

2) If I'm Wise, I Won't Antagonize Your Anger.

3) If I'm Wise, I Won't Minimize Your Feelings.

4) If I'm Wise, I Won't Criticize Your Suggestions.

5) If I'm Wise, I Won't Emphasize Your Mistakes.

6) If I'm Wise, I Won't Disguise My Weaknesses.

 

The Result: Peaceful Relationships. v. 18

 

 

Take Home Idea: A wisdom that comes from above is a wisdom that promotes positive and peaceful relationships.
