Parents of Teens ABF is starting a new series on "Parenting Your Teenager" today at 9:30 AM in Room 104.

Blood Pressure Checks are available at coffee time today.

If you are new to First Free, you are invited to a Guest Lunch today at 12:15 PM in Room #105. Child care will be provided.

Attention 5^th Graders-High Schoolers & Parents: Do you play an instrument? Please consider playing in our youth orchestra on April 27. Rehearsals will begin at 12:15 PM today and on April 20. If you have questions, see Cheryl Polland.

Would you like to learn how to visit others in need? A visitation class will be held by the Parish Nurses on Sunday, April 20, 9:30 AM, in Room #109.
