News & Notes

Congratulations to Carlos & Erika Garcia! They are the proud parents of Lilia Grace Garcia who was born on March 17. She weighed in at 7 lbs. 8 oz. Mom and baby are doing well.

Our prayers go out to the family of Clifford Axelson. Cliff went home to be with the Lord on March 15. His service was held at First Free on March 19.

FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT THIS WEDNESDAY! Parents and their children in Kindergarten through 6th grade are invited to a movie night in the gym from 6:30-8:00 PM. Peru: There will be an informational meeting for anyone interested in participating in a dental mission trip to Peru, August 14-24. No dental or medical experience is necessary, just a willing heart. All Ladies are invited to Women's Guild on Tuesday, April 1, at 12:00 Noon for a potluck luncheon. Please bring a dish to share. Barb Hugo will be telling us about her winter mission trips to Fort Hope and Summer Beaver. Please come join us!

Vacation Bible Camp is moving up to the week of June 23-27. Please note this when making your summer plans.

First Free is offering partial scholarships for students to attend Shamineau, Rock Ridge or Camp Nathanael. Pick up a scholarship application at the Welcome Center or Creekside Canteen. The deadline to apply is May 1st.
