God is a GENEROUS God.

. . . But in our FALLEN NATURE we lean towards GREED.

 

Three characteristics of GENEROSITY

  • Generosity is a LIFESTYLE vv. 1-2

 

  • Generosity is an ATTITUDE vv. 3-4

 

  • Generosity is an ACTION vv. 6-7

 

How?

  • Give yourself COMPLETELY to God vs. 5

 

  • Give yourself to OTHERS vs. 5 & 8

 

  • Keep your focus on CHRIST'S EXAMPLE vs. 9

 

Take Home Idea: As CHILDREN of God, we are called to be GENEROUS just like our FATHER.
