News & Notes

Blood pressure checks will be held today during Fellowship Time in the hallway outside of the gym.

101 Class, Exploring Church Membership: If you are ready to take the next step in your involvement with First Free, you need to come to this class. We will meet at 4:00 pm in Room #104 tonight. Please sign up at the Welcome Center. A light supper will be provided.

Men & Women are encouraged to attend the next Guild potluck lunch at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, October 3rd. Glenn Hultstrand will be sharing about his dental ministry in Peru.

Boys' Brigade: It's time for the annual Christian Service Brigade Hot Dog Roast. Boys in grades 1-6 will meet at church at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, October 4. Their leaders will be driving them to Lake Nokomis. The boys need to remember their permission slips. Dads can come along, too!

Everyone is invited to a Farewell Reception for Bud & Beda Anderson on Sunday, October 8, 12:00 Noon, at church.

The Senior Singles' Lunch has been postponed to Sunday, October 15th. Meet at 12:30 pm at Steak 'n Ale. If anyone is interested in being on the calling list, contact Char Boyles.

Small Group Study begins October 12: The Postons will be leading a Crown Financial Ministries 10-week small group on Thursday evenings, 7:00 pm, at their home. The in-depth teaching will provide biblically based answers to your financial questions or difficulties.
