Welcome Richfield Free Church

We extend a warm welcome to members of Richfield Evangelical Free Church who may start attending First Free in October.

After being displaced by the airport
expansion, the church continued to meet in other facilities for a while but has now decided to disband.  A sizable portion of the remaining congregation, and the Pastor, Rev, John  Easterwood, have decided to attend First Free.

We have to admit to you Richfielders that Agape is not the only Sunday School Class at First Free ( there have been comments to the effect of being in a class by ourselves, but be that as it may ) but we hope you can feel at home with us in a sharing fellowship.

Regatherings Stage a
Very Small Comeback

On Sunday Evening
October 14, 6:00 pm
There will be an all church
Prayer time.

Afterwards, we will "regather"
for a  time of fellowship and
food  at a local feeding
trough.

Look for Steve and Marie Mondy
in back and act hungry.

Christmas is Coming Soon

What should we do?

  1. Try again to go to Murphy's  Landing for a sleigh ride and tour (we were snowed out last year) and come for a supper at church?
  2. Just a supper at church, maybe with some Christmas Caroling?
  3. An entertaining event such as "How to Talk Minnesotan --  Holiday show?
4.   Attend a Christmas Concert?

Ideas?  Specifics?

A Thought From God's Word:
Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. [Ephesians 6:11-13]
