Notice for next Sunday: Due to the Twin Cities Marathon, Minnehaha Pkwy. will be closed as of 7:30 AM.

The Senior Singles Luncheon will be held at the Lakeshore Grill (Macy's lower court) today at 12:45 PM.

Seekers is having a shower for Hu Lu and his bride, Luanne, today.  Everyone is welcome to attend the potluck and shower that follows.  Simple gifts or gifts of money are appropriate.

Choir practice begins Tuesday at 6:45 PM.  If you did not sing in the choir last year but would like to join us, please contact Rick Olson at (612) 729-4662 today.

Sojourners ABF: Bowling Social {at} Skylanes Bowl (5019 34th Ave. S)! October 3rd, 3-5 PM. Qs? Contact Heidi St. Clair at (612) 728-1681.

Current and former First Free Choir members:  You are invited to join us in performing for the 125th anniversary celebration service, October 4th.  Interested? Please arrive at 1:15 PM for rehearsal.  The service is at 2 PM.

The Minnehaha Nokomis Grief Support Group will be starting Oct. 5th at First Free. Group meets weekly from 4:30-6:30 PM; join at any time. No fee. Contact Marilyn Fisher at (612) 724-9311 with questions.

Women's Guild potluck luncheon-Oct. 6th, Noon. All men are invited. Marie Mondy will be sharing about her mission trip.

New Fotobooks available! Pick up a copy at the Welcome Center. You can also access the Fotobook via FEFC's website, password: (contact info@firstfreechurch.org).

All newcomers and visitors are invited to a Guest Luncheon next Sunday following the second service.  This is an informal gathering where you can meet Pastor Joel and Becky Sutton and the ministry staff while having a "meal on us." You may sign up at the Welcome Center or indicate your availability on the welcome card found in the worship folder.

Our next Fresh Encounter, a Praise and Prayer event, will be this Wednesday at 6:30 PM. Come for a great time of worship and fellowship!

Grow in faith at…Women's Neighborhood Bible Study! A new study begins this Wednesday at First Free from 9:30-11:00 AM. Please invite a friend and join us! Free children's program for infants-5 yrs. old.

The Crown Biblical Financial Study is changing the way people handle their money. Class orientation is this Wednesday  {at} 6:30 PM in the Church library , and classes will be held every Wed. for 10 weeks beginning Sept. 23rd, 6:30-8:30 PM.
