Sign-up at the Welcome Desk or contact Jenn Bartle at jenn.bartle {at} gmail.com. Women of all ages are invited to join a new Women's Neighborhood Bible Study series on the book of Ephesians. The study starts on Wednesday, January 28th and ends on April 29th. WNBS meets every Wednesday morning from 9:30-11:00 AM. Study books cost $8 and child care is provided. Enjoy ten of your favorite hymns at a Minnesota Vespers service tonight at First Free, 4:30 PM. Congratulations to Hazel Johnson who is celebrating her 100th birthday on January 28th. Cards can be mailed to: 7601 Lyndale Ave. S, Richfield, MN 55423. Herb Bloomquist from Camp Shamineau will be speaking at the next Women's Guild meeting on February 3rd at 1:00 PM. We offer our condolences and prayers to the family of Fran Nelson. Fran passed away December 22nd. Her funeral was held at First Free on December 26th. The Crown Biblical Financial Study is changing the way people handle their money. Topics include: getting out of debt, giving, saving and investing. Sign up TODAY! A Thought From God's Word: I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead. Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.
