Visitation Class: If you have an interest in visiting our homebound but would like some additional training, this class is for you! It will be held this morning at 10:00 am in Pastor Joel's Office. A Scrap-booking Day for Women is being planned for Saturday, February 3, from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Bring your pictures and a friend! We will have a potluck lunch so bring something to share as well as your scrap-booking ideas. The cost is FREE. Please RSVP to Tami Olson at (651) 776-8404 or Donna Larson at (612) 824-4512. Blood Pressure Checks: Blood pressure checks will be held on Sunday, February 4, in the hallway outside of the Seniors' Room #105 during Fellowship Time. All ladies are welcome to Women's Guild on Tuesday, February 6, at 1:00 pm. Dee Huanca will be sharing with us about her trip to China and the nursing program there. The F & P Board, Commissions, and Council will meet on Sunday, February 11, beginning at 5:30 pm. The Church Quarterly Business Meeting will be held on Monday, February 12, at 7:00 pm. Outreach Bulletin Board: At Christmas our church sends a monetary gift to each of the missionaries we support. Many of them have sent personal "thank you" notes which are displayed on the Outreach Bulletin Board in the downstairs hallway. Take time to enjoy reading the mail from your missionary family. Missionary letters are also available in the rack in the back of the foyer or on our church website. Giving Envelopes - please consider using your personalized envelopes for your offering if you are not already doing so. The envelopes make the counting process more efficient. If you do not have personalized envelopes, please call the church office, and we will see that they are sent to you.

A Special Offering will be taken today for Enrique Fernandez to help replace his stolen papers and documents. We will be collecting this offering for several weeks. Blood Pressure Checks will be available this morning during Fellowship Time in the hallway outside of the Seniors' Room. Biblical Financial Study: If you have signed up for this study, please meet in the Sojourners' Room #107 at either 8:30 or 11:00 am for a student orientation. The Finance & Property Board, Commissions, and Council will meet tonight beginning at 5:30 pm. Christmas Card Fund: Thank you to everyone who generously gave to the Christmas Card Fund! We collected $1,203 to help the AIDS hostel startup. Women's Bible Study Begins Wednesday, January 10th! Please prepare Lesson #12 (Mark chapter 11) in your study guide. Reminder: we plan to start our study at 9:30 am so arrive at 9:15 am to chat and have coffee. Church Un-Decorating: We'll be un-decorating the church on Saturday, January 13, at 9:00 am. Anyone willing to help is welcome! Thanks to everyone who helped make the church look beautiful for Christmas. The Chaim Family Post-Christmas Party will be held on Saturday, January 13, at 5:30 pm at church. It's a potluck supper.
