Interested in joining choir? If you love the Lord and can sing, talk to Rick Olson here at church on Sunday or call him during the week at (612) 729-4662. A Visitation Class will be held on February 5 at 11:00 AM. This is for anyone who is interested in visiting with those who are unable to attend our church due to their physical condition. Women's Guild: On February 7 we will get together at 1:00 PM with a special speaker and missionary to France, Debra ____. Younger mothers are welcome to join in our gatherings. Child care is provided. If you are interested in putting together a creative skit or form of communication to invite younger ladies, please contact Janice Nielsen. Chaim Class Social: On February 11 at 6:00 PM, they will have an outing to the Macaroni Grill at 7651 France Ave S in Edina. This is an Adults Only event. Commissions, Finance & Property Board, and Council will meet on Sunday, February 12, beginning at 5:00 PM. Quarterly Business Meeting: Our next meeting is set for Monday, February 13, at 7:00 PM. MOPS Spa Day: We are looking for a few volunteers to help on February 17. Please contact Kimber Carter for more information, (612) 518-4044 or kimber_carter {at} hotmail.com. MOPS is in need of some help setting up on the first and third Thursdays of the month starting Thursday, February 2, at 6:30 PM. If you can help, call Vanessa at (612) 721-6885. Outreach Sunday & Potluck: Our next Outreach Sunday is scheduled for February 26. We will be having missionaries Ernest & Donna Manges, who work with the EFCA-IM in the Philippines and Ben & Debra ____ with EFCA-IM in France. Blood Pressure Screening will be available on Sunday, February 5. The Parish Nurses will be available in the library from 9:00-9:25 AM. Please bring a list of your medications.

Senior Singles will meet for lunch today, 12:30 PM, at Steak 'n Ale. The 2006 MCCL March for Life begins at 2:00 PM at the State Capitol this afternoon. There is plenty of free parking around the Capitol area. We will have signs for you to carry with positive pro-life messages. Bring your friends and family and speak out on behalf of life! Class 101: Exploring Church Membership will be held on Sunday, January 29, from 4:00-8:00 PM, with dinner provided. If you are interested, please call the church office at (612) 827-4705. Seekers' Chinese New Year Party: This will be a potluck feast and celebration on Sunday, January 29, 12:30 PM, at church in Room #2. For more details, contact Audrey Sollie. are as follows: Congratulations to Jason & Tami Olson! They are the proud parents of Annika Ling born on January 10th. She weighed in at 6 pounds, 12.5 ounces. Our condolences go out to the family of Mabel Johnson, who went home to be with the Lord on January 11. Her funeral will be at First Free on Tuesday, January 17, at 1:00 PM. Lois DeFrain went home to be with the Lord on January 8. Her memorial service will be held at the Walker Care Center Chapel on Sunday, January 22, at 3:00 PM.
