We warmly welcome Bruce & Mary Damon this morning! They serve as missionaries with the EFCA-IM in Macau. They will be sharing briefly during today's service and will be speaking to the combined ABF classes of Chaim, Agape, and Young Adult. Please all meet in Room #1.

Jerry McDonald would like to invite everyone to his Master's clarinet recital on Monday, April 25, 7:00 PM, at Lloyd Ultan Recital Hall (inside Ferguson Hall) 2106 S. 4th St, Minneapolis, on the west bank campus of the University of Minnesota.

Commissions will not meet on Sunday, May 1. Commission Chairs will select alternative meeting dates. Council will meet on May 1 at 7:30 PM.

Malice in The Palace: Our children's spring musical is coming on Sunday, May 1, at 6:00 PM. The children's choir will present a creative story of queen Esther.

All ladies are invited to Women's Guild on Tuesday, May 3 at 1:00 PM. Mary Damon with EFCA-IM will be speaking about her missionary experiences in Macau.

VBS Painting Day, Saturday, May 7, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Come for an hour or for the whole day. Lunch will be served at 12:30 PM. If you have paint brushes (of any size) please bring them. We are also looking for paint in the following colors; black, white, grey/silver, bright yellow, orange, green, blue, purple, and red. If you have questions, contact Sherie McClun.

A Service of Baby Dedication is planned for Mother's Day, May 8. If you would like to dedicate your child, please call the church office at (612) 827-4705.

Our Annual Meeting is Monday, May 9, at 7:00 PM.

Sojourners Family Social: Bring the kids and meet at Lyn-Del Lanes (9336 Lyndale Avenue So.) for bowling on Saturday, April 23, at 2:00 PM. Thank you for supporting us with prayer and finances on our recent dental mission trip to Peru. We saw hundreds of needy patients and were able to provide care and distribute toothbrushes in the name of Christ. More importantly, dozens prayed to receive Christ during their personal counseling time with local church leaders. We hope to share our experiences with you soon. Thanks again, Linda Beckett and Glenn & Apryl Hultstrand.

Parish Nursing: We warmly welcome Delores Huanca and Maureen Juarez as Parish Nurses for our church. They will assist Pastor Bob Chapman with visitation. Their new email address is: parishnurses{at}firstfreechurch.org. They will be commissioned during the service this morning. [More information]

The Outreach Commission will not meet tonight. You will be contacted with the new meeting date and time.

Senior Singles meet for lunch today, 12:30, at Steak 'n Ale.

Minnesota Vespers: First Free will be hosting this time of worship in the traditional style today at 4:30 PM. Men of Praise Choral Prelude will begin at 4:20 PM.

A Bridal Shower for Heidi Hultstrand will be held at First Free on Sunday, April 17, from 2:00-4:00 PM. Heidi is registered at Marshall Fields, Target, and J. C. Penny's.

Missionary Candidate School: First Free Church will be hosting the EFCA Missionary Candidate School this July 11-22. The EFCA-IM will have over 40 missionary candidates from all over the country at First Free for training. Sign up sheets will be available in the ABF's if you would like to volunteer to host a family in your home, help with setup and cleanup for lunch or supper, etc.
